The Software is under active development (beta). This means:

• features may change, be added or removed, including without prior notice;
• screenshots, examples and documentation may differ from the current Software;
• we advise you to make regular exports and backups of your own data.

What we commit to regarding availability, support and recovery is set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the customer portal. The liability arrangements are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Information on this website

The information on this website, including prices, packages and feature overviews, is indicative and subject to change. Obvious errors and mistakes do not bind Riemersma RMS.

3. Liability

Riemersma RMS is not liable for incorrect or incomplete information on this website, nor for damage caused by using the website or by the website being temporarily unavailable. For the Software and the service itself, the liability arrangements in the Terms and Conditions apply.

4. Customer webshops and websites

Customers manage the content of their own webshop or website themselves. Riemersma RMS is not responsible for texts, images, prices, product information or legal pages placed or managed by a customer.

This website may contain references or hyperlinks to third-party websites. Riemersma RMS is not responsible for their content or use.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the content of this website and to the Software (including texts, images, logos, design and source code) rest with Riemersma RMS or its licensors. Copying or publishing without permission is not allowed.
