Fair Use Policy

This fair use policy keeps the Service of Riemersma RMS fast and reliable for everyone. It is part of the terms of service.

1. Reasonable use

The Service is intended for normal business use. We apply generous, reasonable limits for storage, API traffic and concurrent use that are sufficient for almost any business.

2. Guidelines

• Storage: a generous base is included; structurally more storage is discussed in consultation (possibly at an additional charge).
• API & exports: reasonable limits on the number of API calls and bulk exports per time unit, to keep the Service stable for everyone.
• Data transfer: structurally very high traffic may be a reason for consultation.

3. No surprises

We never simply suspend your account. For structural use above the guidelines we contact you first and look together at the best solution: optimisation, a suitable package or custom work.

4. Exceptions

Seasonal peaks, one-time imports and custom arrangements are kept outside this policy - in consultation.
