Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy describes what is and is not allowed when using the Service of Riemersma RMS. It is part of the terms of service.

1. Permitted use

Use of the Service for your normal business operations: selling at the register and online, customer and inventory management, planning, reporting and accounting.

2. Not permitted

• Illegal activities: trading in prohibited or regulated goods, fraud, money laundering or infringing third-party rights.
• System abuse: hacking, scraping, automated abuse, reverse-engineering or attempts to disrupt the Service (DoS).
• Harmful or unlawful content: malware, illegal material, hate speech or violating others' privacy.
• Spam and phishing via the Service.

3. POS location and access

The point of sale (POS) may only be used at the location(s) agreed with us and may not be shared with other businesses. Report changes to location or fixed IP address in advance. Circumventing location or access restrictions (for example via VPN) is not permitted.

4. Enforcement

In case of violation we may, depending on severity: warn, temporarily suspend the Service, or terminate the agreement. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination. We report illegal activities to the competent authorities where necessary.
